Figure out just where you want to be. Clarifying the direction your heading is critical.
Write out your goals and the tasks you will need to do to get there before you begin.

Every minute you spend planning a task can save you a lot of time when it comes to getting the task done. this will help you STOP PROCASTINATING.

Apply the 80/20 rule to everything.
20% of your activity’s with result to 80% of your results. Concentrate your efforts on the top 20%.

The most important tasks you do can have the most serious consequences to your day, positive or negative.

Because you can get round to doing everything. Learn to put the low value tasks to the bottom of the pile.
Then concentrate on the things that really count and will make the most impact.

Before beginning your work day.
List the tasks you would like to get done in order of value and priority.
So you can be sure to be working on getting the most important tasks done.

Focus on the results you will need to get in order to be able to do your job well and move your business forward.

Identify the 3 things you do in your business that effect 90% of how you business performs.
Aim to get those 3 things done first.

Prepare before you begin
Have everything you need before you start.
All the information and documents you need so you don’t need to waste time looking for them.

Take things 1 step at a time
Even with the biggest tasks that look like they will take forever.
Take 1 step at a time, soon enough the task will be completed.

Upgrade you key skills
The better you become at the tasks you need to do in your business – the better those tasks will perform.
Figure out what you are good at or could be good at and learn as much as you can on that skill.

Identify the blocks to STOP PROCASTINATING
Figure out what it is that help you achieve your most important goals.
Focus on speeding up the skill, with removing any thing that slows you down doing that skill.

Imagine you have a deadline, or give yourself a deadline to get tasks completed.

Focus on the solution – rather then the problem.
ALWAYS be optimistic and constructive.

Take your time back from devices. Learn to turn devices off and leave them off when concentrating on a task.

Use your devices to help you with tasks that are most important.
Also use technology to protect yourself from what stops you or slows you down from doing your tasks.

Focus your attention
Stop all the distractions that will take your attention away from completing your most important tasks.

Slice and dice
With large complex tasks, slice it into small pieces in order to be able to get it done 1 step at a time.

Create large chunks of time
With large blocks of time, you can concentrate on your most important tasks and get them done.

Develop a sense of urgency
Make it a habit of moving fast on your key tasks.
Become known as a person who “gets things done “ quickly and well.

Set clear priories
When sitting down at the computer – start immediately on the task in hand.
Don’t stop until the task is done.
Then if you feel yourself falling into STOP PROCASTINATING – start at the top and do it all again.
A habit can be adapted over time.
